Operational Instructions

Setting Up Time Tracking

  1. Navigate to the ‘Time Tracking’ section within Job Projects > Resources.
  2. Choose the Job Project or task, matter or engagement you’d like to monitor, and click ‘Start’. The system will begin monitoring the time spent on that specific Job Project task, Matter, engagement.

Task Management

Go to the ‘Task Management‘ tool. Here, you can create new tasks, set deadlines, assign them to team members, and monitor their progress.

Helpful Tips

  • Utilise the ‘Reports‘ function in the time tracking tool to get a detailed breakdown of time spent on various tasks.
  • Encourage team members to regularly update task statuses for more accurate progress tracking.
